About Michael D. Cohen

Michael D. Cohen, MD is the founder and Medical Director of Belcara Health in Baltimore, Maryland, with over 25 years in practice. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Stanford University Medical Center and his general surgery residency at Boston University after graduating from Tulane University School of Medicine, and is fellowship-trained in cosmetic, micro-vascular and burn surgery. He performs approximately 400 breast surgeries a year and has a focused interest in breast revision and augmentation mastopexy. He has been designated a LEAD Surgeon in Mentor's Leadership, Experience, and Development in Breast Augmentation program for ten consecutive years. He was named a Top Doc by Baltimore Magazine annually from 2011 through 2022 for General Cosmetic Surgery and Breast and Body Contouring Surgery.
