About Michael J. Brucker
Dr. Michael J. Brucker is a La Jolla plastic surgeon with more than 20 years in practice, having entered private practice in 2002. He received his medical degree from Northwestern Medical School in Chicago and completed a significant portion of his post-degree training at the Brown University School of Medicine plastic surgery program, including chief residency in plastic surgery at Rhode Island Hospital. He is the former President of the San Diego Society of Plastic Surgeons and the former Medical Director and present Board Member of Fresh Start Surgical Gifts. He holds hospital privileges at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla and at Rady Children's Hospital as a Staff Surgeon. He has published journal articles on rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, and wound healing.
