About Mark D. Epstein

Dr. Mark D. Epstein is a plastic surgeon in Hauppauge, NY, dual board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has practiced aesthetic plastic surgery for more than 30 years, focused on aesthetic breast surgery, and is one of twelve national trainers for the Preservé breast augmentation technique. He earned his MD from SUNY Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn, completed a general surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center (Chief Resident) and a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center (Chief Resident), plus fellowships in reconstructive microsurgery, hand surgery, and microsurgery. He has served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at North Shore SurgiCenter since 1995 and Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Stony Brook University Medical Center since 2002.
