About Louis Cutolo Jr.
Dr. Louis Cutolo Jr. is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Staten Island, New York, who established his private practice in 1992 focusing on cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. A Brooklyn native, he has been listed in the Castle Connolly Guide to America's Top Doctors every year since 2001. He has served as an Honorary Police Surgeon for NYPD officers who sustained plastic surgical emergencies in the line of duty.
