About Lisa Mihora

Lisa Mihora, MD is an oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the founder of Oculoplastic Eye Surgeons of Phoenix in Peoria, Arizona. Raised in Santa Barbara, California, she attended UC San Diego and then the Medical College of Virginia on a United States Air Force scholarship. She completed her internship at Travis Air Force Base, served as a flight surgeon for search and rescue at Moody Air Force Base, completed her ophthalmology residency in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and was then stationed at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska. She was accepted into a two-year fellowship through the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons with Dr. David Holck in San Antonio, and deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait and Turkey. She holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserve and has more than 15 years of experience in facial and peri-ocular rejuvenation and reconstruction.
