About Kristel Polder

Kristel Polder, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist at the Dallas Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics, which she joined in 2011. She is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She earned an undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences at Texas A&M University and her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, graduating in the top four percent of her class. She completed an internal medicine internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, and a dermatology residency at UT Houston and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, where she served as chief resident. She is a clinical assistant professor at UT Southwestern and Baylor University.
