About Kavian Milani

Dr. Kavian Milani is the co-owner and medical director of Milani MedSpa in Vienna, Virginia, and the founder of both that practice and Virginia Family Medicine. He earned a B.S. in biology from George Mason University and his M.D. from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, where he also completed his internship and family medicine residency, and he is board certified in family medicine. He has been injecting since early 2018, working with neurotoxins for both wrinkles and migraines, dermal fillers, Kybella and Sculptra, and he runs the practice's weight management programme and is certified on the Sciton resurfacing laser. He is the founder and director of the Center for Health and Human Rights and speaks Farsi. He has been named a Top Doctor by Washingtonian and Northern Virginia magazines.
