Milani MedSpa is a medical spa in Vienna, Virginia, serving the Tysons Corner area, co-owned by Dr. Kavian Milani, MD and registered nurse Mahsa Nowbahar. It offers cosmetic injectables including neurotoxins, dermal and lip fillers, Sculptra and Kybella, non-surgical facial and nose contouring with filler, PRF treatment, Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling, Sciton Halo laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, chemical peels and IV therapy. A medical side of the practice covers physician-supervised weight management and testosterone therapy for men. Dr. Milani is board certified in family medicine, trained at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, and has injected since 2018; Nowbahar has worked in aesthetics since 2013 and trains other injectors. The practice has been named a best medical spa by DC and Northern Virginia publications.
