Katelyn Gross, BSN, RN is a nurse injector at the Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas who specializes in full facial balancing with injectables. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing at Stephen F. Austin State University and holds injectables certifications from the Texas Laser Institute. She is among a small number of injectors in Dallas performing the non-surgical Brazilian butt lift. She works with patients on neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers and collagen-stimulating injectables at the practice's North Dallas office.
