About Kate O'Connor
Dr. Kate O'Connor is a double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon who heads Harmony Facial Plastic Surgery on Music Row in Nashville. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and a fellowship in advanced facelift techniques under Dr. Andrew Jacono in New York City. She is one of the few female facial plastic surgeons in Nashville and practiced for six years in Houston before opening her Nashville practice. Her work spans deep plane facelifts, the preservation M.A.D.E facelift, rhinoplasty, and non-surgical treatments such as dermal fillers and Botox. She was named one of the Castle Connolly Rising Stars of 2025.
