About Julie Miller
Julie Miller, M.D., Ph.D. was born, raised and educated through college in Jersey City. She attended Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where she received both her M.D. and Ph.D. She returned for ophthalmology training at the Harkness Eye Institute of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. She is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She specializes in eyelid plastic surgery and manages the APS Non-Invasive Center.
