About Jules Feledy
Dr. Jules A. Feledy Jr. is an award-winning, board-certified plastic surgeon with over 15 years of post-graduate training, licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. Belmont Plastic Surgery is his practice, which he named after his family's home on Belmont Street in Houston after returning to the DC area in 2005. He is the author of more than 20 professional publications and presentations and has performed thousands of procedures, specializing in both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. He is particularly known for breast reconstruction, melanoma and skin cancer procedures, and for liposuction, fat grafting, breast augmentation and abdominoplasty.
