John W. Decorato, MD, began his private practice in plastic surgery in 1993 and is recognized as one of Staten Island''s top cosmetic surgeons. His medical training includes completion of residency training in plastic surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, with affiliations including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons. He offers breast augmentation, facelifts, liposuction, arm lifts, hair transplant surgery and tummy tucks, plus non-surgical treatments including Botox, soft tissue fillers, dermabrasion, laser skin resurfacing, spider vein treatment and laser hair removal. He operates a fully accredited ambulatory surgery center on Staten Island and is affiliated with Staten Island University Hospital and Richmond University Medical Center.
