About John Bitner
John B. Bitner, MD, PhD is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing in Layton, Utah, who performs both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Born and raised in the Layton area, he received his bachelor degree from the University of Utah, then earned combined MD and PhD degrees in physiology and biophysics at Rosalind Franklin University, where he ranked first in his class and was selected for Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, followed by a facial plastic surgery fellowship under Dr. Daniel Rousso in Birmingham, Alabama, co-sponsored by the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. His practice includes facelift, deep-plane face and neck lift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lift, hair restoration, Botox, and dermal fillers.
