About Jeffrey Spiegel

Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel is a double board-certified plastic surgeon known for pioneering advanced techniques in facial surgery and is the surgeon the practice is named for. He has practiced for over 26 years and performs over 1,200 surgeries each year, specializing in facelift, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty as well as facial feminization and other gender-affirming procedures. He is a full professor and the Chief of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Boston University School of Medicine. He is a 2026 winner of both Castle Connolly Top Doctor and Boston Magazine Top Doctor and has received the Honor Award from the Triological Society, the F. Mark Rafaty Memorial Award and the Sir Harold Del Gillies Award from the AAFPRS. He has over 100 publications, holds a US patent for one of his techniques, and is regarded as an industry expert in complex revision surgeries.
