About Jeffrey Claiborne
Dr. Jeffrey Claiborne is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Northshore Plastic Surgery in Mandeville, Louisiana, and a New Orleans native. He completed a six-year residency focused on plastic surgery at Wake Forest University followed by an additional year of aesthetic fellowship training at the Wall Center for Plastic Surgery, and was the first plastic surgeon in the country to complete a fellowship in SAFELipo liposuction and its applications to advanced mommy makeover techniques. He is considered an expert in breast surgery, body contouring, mommy makeovers, and body transformations after massive weight loss. His honors include the Castle Connolly Top Doctors Award and the Nicholas Georgiade Award for best resident research project. He has published over a dozen manuscripts in journals and textbooks and has been a featured speaker at regional, national, and international plastic surgery meetings.
