About Jacob G. Unger
Dr. Jacob G. Unger is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the president and owner of Nashville Plastic Surgery Institute in Nashville, TN. He is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and specializes in aesthetic surgery of the face, nose, eyes, breast, and body, as well as reconstructive procedures following cancer. He holds a voluntary faculty appointment as Assistant Professor of Clinical Plastic Surgery at Vanderbilt University, where he trains residents in aesthetic plastic surgery weekly. He is the sole inventor of the U.S.-patented Natrelle Fourte expander fill system used in breast reconstruction. He is an associate editor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery - Global Open.
