About Frank Agullo
Frank Agullo, MD, FACS is a double board-certified plastic surgeon based in El Paso, Texas. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he earned his medical degree at Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City, completed a general surgery residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and did fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at TTUHSC Paul L. Foster School of Medicine and an Affiliate Professor at UTEP, where he trains residents and fellows. His private practice, Southwest Plastic Surgery, is based in El Paso, and more than 80% of his patients travel from outside El Paso. He served as Founding Vice President and later President of the World Association of Gluteal Surgeons.
