Dr. Francisco Sanchez-Navarro is a plastic surgeon practicing in Tucson, Arizona, with more than 13 years of experience. Born and raised in Tucson, he earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Pepperdine University before receiving his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, scoring in the 99th percentile on national medical boards. He completed a six-year plastic surgery training program at Wright State University, where he was named chief resident, with additional training spanning neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, orthopedic, and oral-facial surgery. He has published research in the journal Orthopedics and presented before the Ohio Valley Society of Plastic Surgeons. He also performs pro bono reconstructive surgery on children in Mexico and Argentina, and operates his own state-licensed surgical facility at the Swan Corporate Center.
