About Eva Dentcheva

Dr. Eva Dentcheva is a double board-certified plastic surgeon at Rivé Plastic Surgery in Reno who specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive body, breast, and hand procedures. She established a microsurgery program at the Sentara Health System in Norfolk and Virginia Beach along with Dr. Richard Tyrell, and led the hand surgery curriculum at the EVMS plastic surgery residency program. She graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine, completed her General Surgery Residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, her Plastic Surgery Residency at Temple University where she was administrative chief, and a Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She is an active Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Aesthetic Society, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the Association of Women Surgeons.
