About Earl Ferguson
Dr. Earl E. Ferguson, also known as Ted Ferguson, is a board-certified plastic surgeon in San Antonio with more than 25 years of experience serving patients throughout South Texas. He completed his General Surgery residency at Wilford Hall and a three-year Plastic and Reconstructive Fellowship in Boston at Beth Israel Lahey Health and Harvard Medical Centers. During 21 years of service in the United States Air Force he was Chief of Plastic Surgery, Commander of Surgical Subspecialties, and Plastic Surgery Consultant to the Surgeon General, completing three overseas tours in Japan, Iraq, and Afghanistan and earning the Legion of Merit Award. He has performed over 10,000 procedures and serves as President of the San Antonio International Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Medical Executive Committee Board Member for the San Antonio Spine and Surgical Hospital. He has received a Top Plastic Surgeon designation from Scene in San Antonio Magazine and the Castle Connolly Top Doctor award.
