About E. Fred Aguilar III
Dr. E. Fred Aguilar, III is a rare triple board-certified plastic surgeon who joined Houston Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in 2016 after years in private practice. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (2000), the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery (1997), and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (1986). He holds clinical assistant professor appointments at Baylor College of Medicine's Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery and at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He specializes in face procedures such as rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, facelift and ear reshaping, as well as breast and body procedures and injectables. In 1992 he received the Jefferson Award for public service.
