David P. Rigan

About David P. Rigan

David P. Rigan, MD, FACS is a plastic surgeon at the Center for Plastic Surgery in Williamsville, New York. He graduated from SUNY Binghamton and the Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, completed surgical training at Millard Fillmore Hospitals, and completed his plastic and hand surgical residency at the Medical College of Ohio, where he served as Chief Resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with added qualifications in Surgery of the Hand, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeons. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at SUNY Buffalo and is affiliated with the Kaleida Health System, the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Western New York, St. Joseph Hospital and Sisters of Charity Hospital. He volunteers with Operation Rainbow, which provides free reconstructive surgery in developing countries.
