The Center for Plastic Surgery is a cosmetic plastic surgery practice and medical spa serving Western New York from offices in Williamsville and Orchard Park, New York. It has operated since 1982 and is staffed by two plastic surgeons, Zvi Sharf, MD, FICS and David P. Rigan, MD, FACS, together with a team of nurses and aestheticians. The practice performs face, breast and body surgery, and is known for its in-office QLift, a 90-minute short-scar facelift performed under local anaesthesia. A medical spa on the second floor of the facility offers skincare and laser treatments, cosmetic injectables and fillers, and retail skincare lines. Both surgeons hold appointments as clinical assistant professors at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and are affiliated with the Kaleida Health System and the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Western New York.
