About David C. Pearson

Dr. David C. Pearson is a facial plastic surgeon who opened Pearson Facial Plastic Surgery in Fleming Island, Florida in 2004 and practises exclusively on the face. He earned a B.A. in biochemistry from the University of Virginia in 1990 and his M.D. from the Medical College of Virginia in 1994, then completed a general surgery internship and a five-year otolaryngology and head and neck surgery residency at Mayo Clinic Rochester, followed by an AAFPRS-accredited facial plastic surgery fellowship in Toronto under Dr. Peter Adamson. Before entering private practice he was attending staff and teaching faculty in facial plastic surgery at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. He was the first surgeon in Clay County certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has practised in the Jacksonville area for more than 24 years.
