About David Lo

Dr. David Lo is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Knoxville, Tennessee, and the Medical Director of Lumiere Plastic Surgery + MedSpa, which he started in 2026 after practicing in Knoxville since 2018. Raised in a bicultural household between Taiwan and Atlanta, he trained at Duke, Tufts, Stanford, and Emory, and his academic work has produced more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. His clinical interests include aesthetic breast surgery, restorative breast and body contouring after massive weight loss, breast reduction and breast reconstruction, plus surgical and non-surgical facial and body rejuvenation. He serves on the advisory board for Breast Connect.
