About Dallas W. Homas
Dr. Dallas W. Homas is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 30 years of experience, certified in General Surgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, and Hand Surgery. During a 34-year career in the U.S. Army he served as Chief of Plastic Surgery, Theater Surgeon during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and Senior Consultant to the Army Surgeon General. He participated in medical missions in China, Palestine, Honduras, and Cambodia, working with organizations such as Operation Smile. After retiring as a Colonel in 2017, he founded his private plastic surgery practice in San Antonio, Texas.
