About Clayton Moliver
Dr. Clayton Moliver is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Houston and Webster, TX who started the practice, Houston Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, in 1992. He devoted his early years to a mixture of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery and for the past 15 years has dedicated his practice exclusively to cosmetic surgery. He completed six years of general surgery residency at Texas Tech Regional Academic Health Science Center in El Paso, serving as Chief Resident 1989-90, then a plastic surgery residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, training with Dr. Thomas Cronin and Dr. Thomas M. Biggs. He was a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves Medical Corps and is a Clinical Professor at The University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery.
