About Christopher Weyer
Dr. Christopher Weyer is a native of Arizona who earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, researching prostate cancer growth and metastasis at the Arizona Cancer Center. He graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006, completed a dermatology residency at Northeast Regional Medical Center, and finished a fellowship in Mohs surgery at the Center for Surgical Dermatology in Columbus, Ohio. From 2011 to 2012 he worked as a Mohs surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic's Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Institute before returning to Arizona. In 2012 he received the Tromovitch Award from the American College of Mohs Surgery for the most significant research contribution to skin cancer/Mohs surgery. He is board certified in dermatology, fellowship trained in Mohs surgery, and co-founded Dermatology & Plastic Surgery of Arizona with his wife, Dr. Jamie Moenster.
