About Christopher C. Chang
Dr. Christopher C. Chang is a double board-certified plastic surgeon who leads Congressional Plastic Surgery, with offices in Chevy Chase, MD and Vienna, VA. He specializes in facial and breast augmentation surgery and has co-authored over 80 peer-reviewed articles, abstracts and book chapters. After a bachelor's degree from Harvard University he attended NYU School of Medicine, then completed the six-year integrated general and plastic surgery residency at Yale University, followed by a craniofacial fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital/University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and maintains staff privileges at Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial, Johns Hopkins Suburban and multiple INOVA hospitals. He is a Washington, DC area native and resides in Bethesda, MD.
