About Brian Boyd

J. Brian Boyd, MD, FRCS, FRCSC, FACS is a plastic surgeon practicing in Rolling Hills Estates, California. He graduated from Liverpool Medical School, completed a plastic surgery residency at the University of Toronto and fellowships in craniofacial surgery and in microsurgery at Royal Melbourne Hospital. He was on the full-time teaching faculty in the Division of Plastic Surgery at Toronto General Hospital until 1994, then served as Chairman of Plastic Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida, where he established the first new ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency in Florida in over twenty years. He joined UCLA in 2005 and is Professor of Surgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and Chief of Plastic Surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. His practice covers aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body along with microsurgical breast reconstruction.
