About Bao Phan
Dr. Bao L. Phan is a board-certified plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. On August 17, 2011 he performed Hawaiis first breast augmentation procedure using the patients own fat, known as Breast Lipoaugmentation. His in-office operating facility on Oahu is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities.
