About Babak Farzaneh
Dr. Babak Farzaneh is an award-winning cosmetic surgeon and the founder of TrueCare Cosmetic Surgery & Med Spa in Chino Hills and Irvine, California, which he established with his wife in 2015. He is fellowship-trained in aesthetic and cosmetic surgery, with an emphasis on breast surgery, body contouring and facial rejuvenation, and has performed over 2,500 cosmetic procedures. He is a graduate of The College of William and Mary, where he obtained dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry, and received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2001. He served his residency in general and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Maryland Hospital and Shock Trauma Unit, where he was awarded the designation of intern of the year, and then completed an additional two-year fellowship in facial and body cosmetic surgery under the directorship of Dr. Howard Tobin, past president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
