About Ashley Pomales
Ashley Pomales is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Primera Plastic Surgery. She has been a registered nurse since 2011 with experience in both surgical and emergency medicine, and has been recognized with multiple nursing awards. She spoke at a nursing convention presenting a speech titled Big Girls Don't Cry, focused on resilience and the strength of nurses. Since 2017 her focus has been on aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, combining advanced nursing skills with an artistic eye to enhance patients' natural features while prioritizing safety and individualized care. She works alongside double board-certified facial plastic surgeon Dr. Edward J. Gross and the Primera team.
