About Arman Karapetyan
Arman F. Karapetyan, MD, PhD is the medical director and co-founder of LA Beauty Skin Center, which he established in 2012 with co-founder Anna Terjanyan. He studied medicine at Yerevan State Medical University, graduating with honors, and completed a residency in dermatology. He earned a PhD in dermatology from Pavlov State Medical University in St. Petersburg, Russia, where he was awarded a professorship in the department of dermatology and served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Dermatology and Cosmetology. After relocating to the United States he completed medical residency training in New York City. He began his US practice at a Beverly Hills surgical center focused on weight loss and cosmetic medicine before founding LA Beauty Skin Center, where he supervises a team of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses and estheticians across the group's Glendale, North Hollywood and Pasadena clinics.
