LA Beauty Skin Center is a multi-location medical spa group based in Los Angeles, with clinics in Glendale, North Hollywood and Pasadena. It was co-founded in 2012 by Dr. Arman F. Karapetyan, a dermatology-trained physician who serves as medical director, together with Anna Terjanyan. The group offers non-surgical aesthetic treatments including Botox and other neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, lip augmentation, non-surgical rhinoplasty, PDO thread lifts, laser hair removal, Morpheus8, CoolSculpting Elite, chemical peels and IPL, as well as bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Treatments are delivered by a team of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses and estheticians working under Dr. Karapetyan's supervision.
