About Amber Allen
Dr. Amber L. Allen started college majoring in Fine Arts before moving her artistic talent into medicine. She completed medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences in Memphis, TN, and trained in the general surgery program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. After more than 10 years in private practice in both general and cosmetic surgery, she sought additional training with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and worked under the guidance of Dr. Mark Mandell-Brown in Cincinnati, OH. She has been a co-instructor and presenter at the annual scientific meeting of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. She lives in North Raleigh.
