About Allison N. McCoy
Dr. Allison N. McCoy is an oculofacial plastic surgeon specializing in the eyes and face at FACES+. She earned her undergraduate degree, MD, and PhD at Duke University School of Medicine, then completed her ophthalmology residency and neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at Johns Hopkins/Wilmer Eye Institute, followed by a two-year American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery fellowship at the University of Michigan. She has practiced in San Diego since 2015, offering both surgical and non-surgical rejuvenation with an emphasis on natural results. As a PhD neuroscientist she has researched targeted therapy for thyroid eye disease and has published numerous peer-reviewed articles.
