About Ali Mosharrafa
Dr. Ali Mosharrafa is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and serves as Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital. He completed his undergraduate education with honors at the University of Texas at Austin and obtained his medical degree and completed his general and plastic surgery residencies at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he trained under Dr. Frank Gerow, the inventor of the breast implant. He has written and published works on cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery in the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He moved to the Phoenix valley in 1996 and built the practice there. He was named by Newsweek as one of America's Best Plastic Surgeons for 2023.
