About Aisha Baron
Aisha Baron, MD, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing exclusively at Breast Body Beauty Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery serving the metro Atlanta area. She is one of the few African American female plastic surgeons in the United States. In addition to cosmetic breast and body contouring, she performs breast reconstructive surgery including microsurgical DIEP flap reconstruction. As a cancer survivor herself, she relates personally to the physical and emotional trials her patients experience during diagnosis and treatment. She was the first Meharry Medical College student to match directly into an integrated plastic surgery residency and the first African-American female resident accepted into the Baylor College of Medicine program.
