Wellspring Skincare is a physician-owned medical spa in Roswell, Georgia, owned and personally operated by Dr. Ashley Corey, DO, a board-certified family medicine physician who trained at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. Unlike med spas run under an off-site medical director, Dr. Corey injects and directs care on-site. The team also includes RN injector Susan Vlass and two licensed estheticians. Services include Botox, dermal and lip fillers, PDO thread lifts, chemical peels, laser resurfacing, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy.
