Wellness MedSpa is the aesthetics, weight loss and hormone arm of Kabari Wellness Institute, owned by Dr. Alsia Kabari, MD, an OB/GYN-trained physician who established the practice in Seneca Falls, New York. It operates from three Kabari Wellness Institute locations: Seneca Falls and Rome in New York and Alpharetta, Georgia. Aesthetic services include injectables and fillers, chemical peels, customised and power-up facials, body wraps, body scrubs and LED treatments. The medical weight loss programme is physician-directed and uses compounded GLP-1 medications alongside lab review, nutritional and exercise guidance, and the institute also offers hormone therapy and a restorative functional centre with a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, halo and infrared sauna, red light therapy and hydromassage. The medspa was named FLX Finest Best MedSpa in 2022.
