Medicine-Based Beauty® is an aesthetic clinic founded by nurse practitioner Francesca Scutari and operating under the trademarked philosophy Beauty Backed by Science. It runs two clinics in central New York, in Syracuse and Skaneateles, both seen by appointment only.
