This Coral Springs, Florida plastic surgery and med-spa practice, now branded Vitruvian Institute, was founded by Dr. F. Leigh Phillips, III, a board-certified plastic surgeon who has since retired, and is led today by Dr. Haley Carpenter, MD, PhD, a board-certified plastic surgeon trained at the Lahey Clinic in Boston. The practice offers a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery -- breast augmentation, breast lift and reduction, facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, tummy tuck, and liposuction -- alongside med-spa injectables including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, and Sculptra. Surgery is performed in an in-office accredited surgical suite with dedicated CRNA anesthesia staff.
