Vitality Medical Wellness Institute is a concierge medical and longevity practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, founded in 2010 by Jeffrey Galvin, MD. The practice combines concierge primary care with health-optimization services, including executive physical evaluations, advanced laboratory and genetic testing, hormone and longevity therapies, peptide protocols, and obesity and weight-loss management. Its flagship program is a two-day executive evaluation called the Precision Longevity Blueprint, covering cardiovascular imaging, epigenetic aging assessment, neurocognitive testing and multi-cancer early detection screening. A la carte diagnostics include DEXA scans, VO2 max screening, resting metabolic rate testing and carotid ultrasound. The practice does not bill insurance, and began in a small space at CrossFit Vitality before expanding into a dedicated clinical, nutrition and fitness facility.
