Tier 1 Health & Wellness is a preventative medicine practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee, founded in 2010 by Keith Nichols, MD and Angela Nichols, RN. The clinic focuses on hormone optimization throughout the aging process, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and women, testosterone replacement therapy, menopause relief, PCOS treatment and erectile dysfunction care.
