About Keith Nichols
Keith Nichols, MD is the Medical Director and CEO of Tier 1 Health and Wellness in Chattanooga, Tennessee, which he founded with his wife Angela Nichols in 2010. He is an author and speaker recognized for his work in testosterone replacement therapy and hormone optimization, and is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation with a background in interventional spinal procedures. He is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and completed his residency at the University of Louisville. He holds an Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Therapy certification through World Link Medical.
