About Angela Nichols
Angela Nichols, RN is the COO of Tier 1 Health and Wellness, which she created with her husband Keith Nichols, MD out of a shared commitment to preventing chronic disease and improving physical, mental and sexual health throughout the aging process. In 2015 she became certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through Worldlink Medical. She earned an AAS in Nursing from Motlow State Community College and a BSN from Middle Tennessee State University, and is a member of the National Association of Registered Nurses.
