The Cosmetic Surgery Center is a cosmetic surgery practice in Independence, Ohio, led by Matt Goldschmidt, MD, DMD. The office sits in the Crown Centre Building just south of downtown Cleveland and serves patients across the greater Cleveland area. The practice concentrates on body contouring, breast enhancement and facial rejuvenation, including breast augmentation, liposuction, facelift, breast lift and eyelid surgery, alongside non-surgical treatments such as injectables, microneedling and skin resurfacing. Dr. Goldschmidt is board certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and the Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and serves as a board examiner for the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He co-founded the weekendLIFT, a liposculpture-based facial rejuvenation technique, and founded Beautiful Faces, Inc., a nonprofit providing medical and dental care to children in need.
