Spiro Plastic Surgery is a plastic surgery practice in West Orange, New Jersey, founded in 1996 by Scott A. Spiro, MD, FACS. Dr. Spiro maintains certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons; he trained in plastic surgery at the University of Miami under Ralph Millard Jr. and completed a craniofacial fellowship. The practice covers cosmetic breast surgery, body contouring, facial aesthetic surgery, and breast cancer reconstruction, and runs an in-house medical spa offering neuromodulators, fillers, microneedling with PRP, CoolSculpting, chemical peels, and laser skin treatments. Surgery is performed at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and the affiliated Livingston Surgery Center. Nurse practitioner Mikayla Barbarossa, CANS, CPSN, RNFA joined the clinical team in 2022.
